Katie Nifong serves as a Product Manager for Matrix GPO. In this role, she supports the management of pharmaceutical rebate programs, working cross-functionally with internal teams, manufacturers, and members to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clear communication throughout the program lifecycle. When asked how her role impacts our members, Katie responded, "I see my role as an advocate for our members—making sure programs are executed correctly, questions are answered clearly, and issues are resolved thoughtfully. That consistency and follow-through help members feel supported and confident in the value Matrix provides”.
